Job summary

PAH Management is seeking a Dual Executive Housekeeper for two Fort Wayne properties, IN. The role leads housekeeping and laundry, drives guest satisfaction, and manages budgets and vendor relationships to uphold brand standards.

The position requires at least four years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. A Hospitality degree is preferred; the work environment spans morning to evening shifts with

Qualifications

• Four (4) or more years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience.
• Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills.
• High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leadership, and effective communication to deliver customer service while improving the bottom line.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct the short- and long-term planning and daily management of the housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet standards.
• Teach associates to greet guests warmly and resolve requests courteously.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the department.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures that support efficiency and guest satisfaction.
