Your Day as an Executive Housekeeper

Ensure all hotel guest rooms are cleaned to perfection and contain all required amenities. Oversee the laundry area and train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques to maintain a safe work environment. Schedule staff weekly, assign rooms daily, and manage inventory for in‑room and operational supplies. Conduct quarterly linen inventory and coordinate closely with the front desk to keep room status up to date. Maintain accurate lost‑and‑found records and strive to return items to guests whenever possible.

Qualifications

• Experience with Hilton's ONQ system
• Experience as a cleaning supervisor or executive housekeeper
• Verbal communication skills with guests and co‑workers
• Physical ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals

Bilingual speaking abilities are preferred but not required. Excellent hospitality, organization, and communication skills are essential. Ability to inspire and motivate others and contribute to high company morale is highly valued.
