Job summary

Flynn Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations and ensure top cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. You will oversee room attendants, laundry, inspectors, and public areas teams, driving quality and service standards daily.

You’ll manage inventories, orders, and budgets while maintaining Marriott brand expectations and ensuring consistent training for staff. This role offers growth within a dynamic hospitality organization.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in housekeeping leadership or rooms division leadership.
• Strong organizational and team leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Familiarity with Marriott or Hilton brand expectations.
