Responsibilities:
- Financial Results/Cost Control: Oversee the department's finances, maximize profitability, manage expenses, and oversee labor and supply costs. Assist with budgeting and manage assets within budget guidelines to optimize revenue.
- Guest Service: Ensure guest satisfaction through quality cleanliness and supplies, respond promptly to guest requests, and develop service programs to enhance satisfaction.
- Safety/Risk Management: Conduct inspections to maintain standards, keep safety data sheets updated, and ensure a safe environment following all procedures.
- Associate Management and Development: Evaluate staff, provide feedback, conduct hiring and training, and promote a positive work environment.
- Self/Workload Management: Attend meetings, communicate effectively, manage initiatives, and prioritize tasks efficiently, adhering to SOPs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; college degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive housekeeping management experience.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish communication skills preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 75 pounds regularly; bending required.
