Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or large-scale mixed-use operations.
• Minimum 8 years in a senior executive leadership role with multi-department oversight.
• Proven ability to lead complex resort/destination operations and manage large budgets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction across all guest touch-points.
• Lead and mentor senior operational leaders while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with long-term vision and objectives.
• Oversee property operations budgets, labor flow, and profitability goals.
