Job summary

HOAMCO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to act as executive operational leader for Trilogy at Monarch Dunes, focusing on HOA governance, compliance, landscape contract oversight, and complex California compliance for the 1,320+ homes. The AGM will serve as the primary backup to the General Manager across club operations including Adelina’s, the Sandalwood Spa, and banquet facilities.

This role requires 4+ years of leadership in large-scale CID/HOA settings, CAI certifications preferred,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership in large-scale HOA or CID management.
• In-depth knowledge of California Davis-Stirling Act and HOA codes.
• Strong budgeting, variance analysis, and multi-entity P&L experience.
• Experience overseeing landscape operations and vendor contracts.
• 2+ years of F&B, spa, and events oversight in private clubs or resorts.
• Experience managing 1,000+ units or members across communities.
• HOA-specific certifications or training; CAI designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce CC&Rs, Bylaws, and Rules under the Davis-Stirling Act.
• Assist GM with annual budget prep and variance analysis.
• Oversee landscape and common area operations and vendor oversight.
• Coordinate cross-association touchpoints with CCMA, WMA, MRTA.
• Prepare board packets, draft minutes, and oversee elections.
• Oversee ARC submissions and field inspections for aesthetics.
