Job summary

University of Miami/UHealth Premier Concierge Medicine seeks an internal medicine physician with ABIM certification and at least five years of ambulatory care experience in Executive Health or Concierge Medicine. The physician will be available 24/7 via phone and digital channels, including EPIC documentation and coordination with clinical staff.

Responsibilities include direct office-based patient care, hospital rounds, potential home health visits, and community engagement as a UHealth

Qualifications

• > ABIM certification required.
• > At least 5 years ambulatory care experience in Executive Health, Concierge Medicine and/or General Internal Medicine.
• > Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• > Willingness to engage with patients across in-person and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• > Direct patient care in an office setting.
• > Courtesy rounds for patients in local hospitals and care facilities.
• > Possible home health visits for homebound patients.
• > Participation in community events as UHealth ambassadors.
• > Care coordination and documentation in EPIC.
• > Timely communication of results via phone, secure messaging, and letters.
