SeaFlower in Bradenton, FL, seeks a General Manager to lead the community's day-to-day operations, drive guest and member satisfaction, and foster a high-performance team culture.

You will oversee budgets, financial performance, and strategic planning, while partnering with Troon to uphold top hospitality standards across club facilities and services. A Bachelor's degree and hospitality leadership experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in hospitality or club operations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for all community operations.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and staff through onboarding, performance management, and training.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance and long-term planning of club facilities and assets.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing, membership, and community engagement.
