Big Boy Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on General Manager for our Xenia, OH location. In this in-person role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, guide staff, and ensure guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team, recruit and train employees, and manage scheduling to align with business needs. If you bring hospitality expertise and a people-first mindset, we want to hear from you.
