Job summary

Elica Health Centers seeks an experienced Family Practice leader to guide clinical operations in our California clinics. You will oversee clinical performance, policy updates, and access to specialty care, while ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered service.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the CMO, staff development, and maintaining licensure and ongoing education. A California medical license and board certification are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of outpatient primary care experience.
• Experience in an FQHC setting preferred.
• Leadership/management experience required or demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced clinical expertise in Family Practice per guidelines.
• Monitor clinician performance with metrics and evaluations.
• Develop and implement improvement strategies for clinicians/sites.
• Review and update Family Practice policies, workflows, and EHR templates.
• Oversee referrals and access to specialty care; ensure regulatory compliance.
