Polymarket is seeking an experienced leader to own executive escalations and high-visibility customer relations. You will manage sensitive cases involving traders and public figures, coordinating with Communications, Community, and policy experts to ensure precise, appropriate public messaging.

You’ll operate with independence, read the room quickly, and craft responses that protect the platform's reputation while resolving issues effectively.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in executive escalations or high-visibility customer relations.
• Exceptional writing with tone control for public figures and platforms.
• Experience handling sensitive issues with reputational impact.
• Collaboration with Communications, PR, or Community teams during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Triage executive escalations and route or resolve swiftly.
• Draft responses for high-visibility issues on X, Discord, Reddit.
• Own cases from first contact to resolution with prominent traders.
• Coordinate with Communications on live incident messaging.
• Monitor channels for emerging issues and flag to teams.
• Brief Product/Policy on patterns from escalations for action.
• Close cases with documented resolution and clear responses.
