Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely transport executives and VIP passengers to meetings, airports, and events.
• Plan and navigate efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and properly serviced company vehicle at all times.
• Assist passengers with luggage, packages, and other needs with a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Monitor traffic, weather, and road conditions to proactively adjust travel plans.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel reports.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding executive schedules, conversations, and company matters.
