Job summary

The Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center in West Yellowstone, Montana seeks an Executive Director to lead its next chapter. This AZA-accredited wildlife nonprofit cares for 25+ animals, welcomes over 200,000 visitors yearly, and operates with a $4–$5 million budget.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a non-profit, zoological, wildlife, or visitor-serving organization.
• Proven non-profit management skills including budgeting, fundraising, and board relations.
• Deep commitment to animal welfare and conservation.
• AZA and large-carnivore experience strongly preferred.

• Provide strategic leadership to guide GWDC's next chapter.
