UCPIE serves individuals with developmental disabilities and their families across Riverside and San Bernardino counties, advancing independence, inclusion, dignity, and quality of life through community-based programs.

Qualifikationen

• At least seven years of progressively responsible management and leadership experience.
• Experience in nonprofit or human services leadership, preferably serving individuals with disabilities.
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience with understanding of program sustainability.
• Experience working with a Board and translating information into actionable reporting.
• Demonstrated fundraising, donor relations, sponsorship, or grant development experience.
• Experience developing programs in a regulated environment with staffing and funding considerations.
• Excellent communication, public-speaking, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to the rights, dignity, independence, inclusion, and quality of life of people with developmental disabilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a strong management team and foster a connected culture.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered programs and build partnerships with individuals and families.
• Maintain financial stewardship, budget discipline, and long-term sustainability.
• Strengthen fundraising by protecting donor relationships and expanding funding sources.
• Evaluate community needs to guide new programs within regulatory and funding constraints.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the Board with clear analysis and reporting.
• Represent UCPIE as an ambassador and build relationships with families, donors, partners, and stakeholders.
