Job summary

The General Services Administration seeks an Executive Director for the Office of Supply Management in Deliver, FAS, to lead program operations, provide strategic guidance, and drive performance across multiple service centers and initiatives.

The role requires mastery of Executive Core Qualifications and Mandatory Technical Competencies, with a focus on governance, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership at the senior level.

Qualifications

• -demonstrated ability to lead and fully manage a complex operational organization with fee for service and requisition related functions including oversight of policy development and implementation, and activities.
• -demonstrated senior-level experience in developing, cultivating, and leveraging high-level networks across Federal agencies, industry partners, and oversight bodies to advance organizational mission and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership over the Deliver Office of Supply Management and direct day-to-day operations with signatory authority as appropriate.
• Coordinate with senior management to develop strategies, budgets, and performance goals aligning with agency-wide priorities.
• Represent the office in high-level discussions with federal officials, industry partners, and stakeholders to advance mission objectives.
