Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) Search has been retained by ProJeCt of Easton to identify an Executive Director to lead the organization. The Executive Director will oversee mission-driven strategy, fundraising, governance, and financial sustainability while serving as the liaison to funders, government officials, donors, and the community.

Responsibilities include guiding strategic plans, partnering with the Board, ensuring operational excellence, and building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or human services (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven success leading dynamic teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong fundraising, donor development, and public speaking abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and organizational planning.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to build diverse stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic plans to advance mission and community impact.
• Partner with the Board to set goals and priorities.
• Oversight of fundraising, major gifts, grants, and endowment growth.
• Ensure governance, financial health, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop leaders through mentoring, coaching and professional development.
• Cultivate relationships with donors, funders, and community partners.
• Represent ProJeCt publicly and advocate for populations served.
• Monitor performance with data, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
