Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director of SOX & SOC Compliance to lead our first-line program for ITGC and SOC readiness. You will define scope, evidence standards, coordinate with Finance, Internal Audit, and external auditors, and partner with CAT to ensure timely testing and issue remediation.

In this role you will build and coach a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and report on control readiness and testing results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in first-line SOX/ITGC, SOC 1/2, or control governance.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with SOX, SOC trust services criteria, PCAOB/AICPA, NIST, ISO 27001, and HITRUST.
• 3+ years with GRC platforms like Optro, Archer, ServiceNow.
• 3+ years people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SOX/ITGC and SOC programs from a first-line view.
• Partner with CAT to define testing scope and ensure evidence standards.
• Lead SOC readiness activities and attestation preparation.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and external auditors.
• Develop and coach the SOX & SOC Compliance team.
