Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking an Executive Director for Ivy Park at San Tomas in San Jose, CA. The role directs daily operations, staffing, and resident satisfaction while upholding company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Executive Director will lead budgeting, occupancy strategies, and community representation to residents, families, and regulators, ensuring a high-quality senior living experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of college completed and at least three years of residential elder care experience.
• California RCFE Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director credential required or equivalent.
• Five years of experience supervising and managing employees preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff at the community.
• Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy and financial compliance.
• Represent the community to residents, families, and governing bodies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Foster a supportive, engaging environment for residents.
