Clearwater at North Tustin, a luxury senior living community in Santa Ana, CA, seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership for day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and guide a compassionate team. This role focuses on financial stability, regulatory compliance, and a harmonious work environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of leadership experience in senior living or healthcare, with a strong people-focused approach and a relevant degree and license.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of proven leadership experience in senior living or healthcare management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to drive results in a collaborative and resident-focused environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in senior living communities.
• Commitment to building and leading high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services, or equivalent experience supervising others in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.

The Executive Director oversees and directs the day-to-day functions and efficient operations of the community, in accordance with all federal, state, local and licensing regulations, and all company policies and procedures. This role also ensures the highest quality of care for residents, while maintaining the community's financial stability, and creating a harmonious working environment for all associates.
