You will oversee clinical and non-clinical operations, ensure compliance with Federal and State guidelines, and drive revenue growth and census development while mentoring a dedicated care team.

Must be a licensed Administrator (HFA) with a track record in health, human services, or community services, and be flexible to work

Qualifications

  • Must have leadership experience in skilled nursing or similar settings.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state guidelines and risk management.
  • Experience with Medicare/Medicaid and revenue/census development.
