Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks an Executive Director of Regulatory Strategy – Endocrinology to shape global regulatory strategy across our Endocrinology pipeline from early development to commercialization. You will oversee programs in rare endocrine disorders and obesity, leading a team of three regulatory professionals.

This role requires strategic vision, scientific grounding, and commercial savvy to align development considerations with evolving regulatory expectations and maximize long-term

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life science plus 17+ years regulatory experience including leadership
• Master's degree preferred with 15+ years of related experience
• PhD with 12+ years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Lead global regulatory strategies across early- and late-stage Endocrinology programs.
• Integrate scientific, clinical, safety, and commercial inputs into cohesive regulatory roadmaps.
• Advise on translating regulatory requirements into differentiated strategy and business opportunity.
• Serve as senior regulatory voice in discussions on safety signals, benefit-risk, and regulatory planning.
• Coach teams to make timely, high-quality decisions and navigate regulatory ambiguity.
