Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. in New York, NY seeks a Regional Trust Team Leader (Executive Director) to oversee the trusts and estates function for UHNW clients within the Private Bank.

You will lead a senior team, develop talent, and drive fiduciary opportunities while maintaining exceptional client service across markets. Role requires deep fiduciary knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with Private Bank advisors to deliver a differentiated client experience and strategic growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, J.D. preferred.
• 10 - 15 years of relevant experience focused on the Trust business
• Demonstrated track record of developing talent and running an effective, responsive team
• Ability to guide, direct and monitor employees in client specific matters
• Have a vast knowledge of fiduciary products and services including Wills, Estate Planning, GRATS, etc.
• Strong ability to communicate with Senior Management, including C level executives (CEO, CFO, CTO, etc.)
• Solid Client Relationship Management experience within the Ultra High Net Worth space
• Proven track record of collaborating across stakeholders and lines of business

Responsibilities

• Oversee Regional Trust Team Leader role and manage a senior team of trust professionals.
• Build and sustain partnerships across the Private Bank to deliver a differentiated client experience.
• Deepen existing relationships and partner on new fiduciary opportunities.
• Coordinate client strategy with Private Bank advisors and participate in key client engagements.
• Guide Trust Officers on fiduciary questions and ensure regular account reviews and maintenance.
• Approve discretionary fiduciary actions and grow the fiduciary business with market partners.
