• Lead hospital-wide quality leadership, regulatory compliance oversight, patient safety initiatives, risk management, and performance improvement programs.
• Oversee quality data reporting, root cause analysis, patient experience improvement, regulatory survey preparation, policy development, and oversight of the quality committee.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration across Quality Management, Clinical Quality, Quality Assurance, Infection Prevention, Patient Safety, and Risk Management while maintaining productive physician partnerships.
