Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in management roles.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible management experience.
• 3 years in senior management/executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administer IHC programs in compliance with regulations.
• Direct operations, capital improvements, and maintenance activities.
• Report monthly to a 5-member board of commissioners.
