Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration / public administration / public finance / urban planning / public policy or related field.
• PHM Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with a public housing authority.
• Background checks including academic, work history and salary history.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage APHC portfolio of 61 Public Housing units.
• Oversee conversion to RAD program during 2027.
• Report to a five-member Board of Commissioners and supervise 4 staff.
