Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Senior Director of Nursing Specialty Services for Northern California. The role provides regional leadership for the strategic direction, operational oversight, and clinical integration of oncology nursing across the NCAL service line.

You will partner with TPMG, PCS, Pharmacy, Laboratory Services, Clinical Education, and Quality to scale advanced therapies such as CAR-T, TIL, Gene Therapy, and Bone Marrow Transplant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; license in California at hire.
• 8+ years in patient care delivery and 4+ years of leadership with budgets.
• Master's degree preferred (MSN or related business/healthcare field).

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Oncology Cellular and Gene Therapy service line.
• Strategically develop and expand specialty oncology nursing practice regionally.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, FACT accreditation readiness, and safety standards.
• Partner with TPMG, PCS, Pharmacy, Lab, Education, Quality to scale therapies.
• Lead workforce planning, onboarding, competencies, and certification support.
