Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Administrative Director, manage the administrative, informational, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical performance compliance, and operational functions of all patient care sections of the department.
• Manage staffing concerns, collaborate on resource utilization, and resolve performance management issues.
• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Clienttion Oncology area along with departmental accreditation.
• Ensure customer service standards of ownership, appearance, communication, commitment to coworkers, privacy, safety awareness, and overall comfort and attitude are practiced by all staff.
