• Senior quality/compliance leader from food or beverage manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GFSI/SQF, HACCP, FSMA preventive controls/PCQI ownership, and audit leadership.
• Comfortable leading cross-functional teams while staying hands-on on the plant floor.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end quality, food safety, and product innovation strategy for a fast-growing food manufacturer.
• Grow and lead multi-disciplinary teams to build a new function with autonomy.
• Lead new product development from concept to commercialization with R&D collaboration.
• Own QC & QA across all manufacturing lines, lead audits, drive CAPA and supplier quality programs.
• Drive ongoing progression as the organization scales.
