Job summary

National Louis University seeks an Executive Director of Learning & Support for Accelerate U in Chicago. You will shape program design, coach learners, and lead a cross‑functional team across curriculum, operations, and coaching to deliver high‑quality experiences and outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders to launch new training pathways, advance AI learning initiatives, and align curricula with workforce needs, while driving continuous improvement across all tracks.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in a relevant field preferred; or Bachelor's plus related experience.
Minimum of 10 years in instructional product or project management.
At least 10 years in managing projects and staff with cross-functional leadership.
10 years building and leading programs delivering strong participant outcomes.
Proven track record in program leadership, evaluation, and innovation in education.
Familiarity with instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

Set AU's strategic direction for program model with learner focus across design, execution and coaching.
Engage with learners and staff to inform design and drive long‑term success.
Build systems for continuous learning and a learning agenda to capture insights.
Hold direct reports accountable for strong programmatic outcomes tied to student success.
Represent AU in institutional spaces and contribute to leadership team culture.
