Qualifications
- RN licensed and active.
- 3+ years in a director role overseeing multiple units in an acute care hospital.
- Experience with budget management and policy development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care management and department leadership.
- Develop strategies to reduce turnover and improve onboarding.
- Mentor nursing leadership and maintain unit staffing standards.
- Ensure compliance with budgets and conduct annual cost center reviews.
- Review and update inpatient clinical policies annually.
