Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in fundraising/nonprofit development; church experience a plus.
• CFRE certification strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with donor relations systems.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate trusted relationships with leading giving households through regular personal engagement and donor touchpoints.
• Create opportunities that connect generosity to Christ Church’s mission and ministry plans.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set fundraising goals, donor engagement strategies, and campaign metrics.
• Design and implement estate and legacy giving strategies to extend future ministry.
• Lead capital campaigns and major giving initiatives in partnership with church leadership.
• Build systems to identify emerging donors and expand participation in giving.Oversee donor communication, gratitude, reporting, and stewardship.
