St. Rose Dominican Siena is seeking a Director of Cardiovascular and Perioperative Services to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Siena Hospital. The role focuses on financial performance, clinical quality, and growth initiatives across cardiovascular and perioperative services.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN, Nevada RN license, BLS/ACLS certifications, and at least 10 years of healthcare leadership, including 5 years in surgical/cardiovascular settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
Minimum of ten (10) years of healthcare leadership experience.
Minimum of five (5) years directing patient care services in a complex surgical/cardiovascular environment.
Experience directing other clinical areas and working with physicians.
RN licensure in Nevada (RN: NV).
BLS CPR certification and ACLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

Provides strategic and operational leadership for Cardiovascular and Perioperative Services.
Partners with market leaders and physicians to develop growth initiatives.
Ensures compliance with regulatory and hospital standards.
Manages annual operating and capital budgets for the services.
Leads standardization and innovation across clinical practices and workflows.
