Stella and Charles Guttman Community College is seeking an Executive Director of Budget & Financial Planning to lead key financial units and administer college budgets, policies, and processes. Reporting to the Vice President of Administration & Finance, the Executive Director of Budget & Financial Planning is expected to provide leadership and direction in the management of the following financial and business operational units: Accounting, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Budget, Bursar, and Procurement. Additionally, the Executive Director will be responsible for administering the college’s budgets, including non-tax levy programs and related entities. The Executive Director will also be responsible for creating, reviewing, implementing, and maintaining the college’s finance and accounting policies and procedures.
