Job summary

Banner Health seeks a senior executive to lead translational and clinical research in memory and movement disorders across Banner Alzheimer's Institute and Banner Sun Health Research Institute. Qualifications

• Must have MD/PhD or MD/PhD with specialization in memory and movement disorders research (neurology, neuroscience, psychiatry, gerontology, imaging, genomics).
• 10+ years of progressively responsible administrative leadership in translational and clinical research with international reputation.

Responsibilities

• Direct translational and clinical research in memory and movement disorders.
• Develop and execute strategic research priorities and funding strategies.
• Lead fundraising through philanthropy, grants, and partnerships with Banner Health Foundation and Banner Alzheimer's Foundation.
• Oversee budgets, regulatory controls, and organizational governance.
• Foster collaboration with academic institutions, industry partners, and payors to advance care models.
