You will shape integrated strategies, manage a diverse asset portfolio, and own market development, biomarker strategies, and launch prep in collaboration with BI&A and VAP teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in pharma with roles across development to launch.
• Experience in US and global markets; Alzheimer’s/movement disorders preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads worldwide brand planning and long-range forecasting across the neurodegeneration pipeline.
• Owns Neurodegeneration Market Development including biomarker strategy and market prep.
• Sets strategic direction and ensures alignment of day-to-day execution with franchise strategy.
• Analyzes competitive data and evolving trends impacting brands.
• Translates clinical and scientific evidence into brand strategy for patient use.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to reinforce commitment to neurodegeneration and market presence.
• Leads cross-functional teams and partners with Value, Access & Pricing for launch uptake.
• Travel ~20%.
