Wildwood Healthcare Center, part of CommuniCare Health Services, seeks an Executive Director to lead a long-term care facility in Indianapolis, IN. You will ensure care standards, supervise staff, and drive financial success while maintaining a resident-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Indiana State requirements for Licensed Health Facilities Administrator (HFA).
• Must hold a currently valid HFA license in the State of Indiana.
• At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
• Strong management and operation skills.
• Strong math/budgetary skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
