Responsibilities

• Directs program & event execution across LSEC signature initiatives with emphasis on quality and timelines.
• Facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration across campus units and external partners.
• Leads budgeting, accounting, and transition toward self-sustaining operations.
• Continuously assesses program impact with data-driven metrics and implements improvements.
• Manages LSEC’s Board of Advisors and external relationships to align ecosystem goals.
