Job summary

North Shore Health seeks a seasoned Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead a Skilled Nursing Facility in Kewaunee, WI. Responsibilities

• Oversee overall center management, profitability, operations, and strategic direction.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal surveys and maintain positive employee relations.
• Perform daily rounds of the entire center to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Along with this position is eligible for participation in a quarterly leadership incentive program. The program is designed to recognize and reward leaders who advance North Shore Health’s commitment to Clinical Excellence through strong clinical, operational, financial, and leadership performance.

Responsible for overall center management, profitability, operations, and direction in all aspects. Accountable for, but not limited to, census development, management of accounts receivable and collections, maximization of Net Operating Income, resident/patient care, state and federal survey compliance, positive employee relations, a positive return on investment, an effective business plan and implementation of Center core programs. Acts as the Center representative in the center and community. Follows all Center policies and procedures. Completes rounds of entire center premises at least daily to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.

Required Education and Experience

• Previous experience in post-acute care setting
• Current State License as Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)
• Demonstrated success leading a fun and productive work environment
