J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is seeking an Executive Director, Head of Investment Product Specialists to lead a dispersed team of IPS professionals across the continental U.S.

The role focuses on educating branch-based advisors, communicating investment views, and driving program development and content for advisor workshops. The position requires extensive leadership, deep knowledge of investment products, and the ability to collaborate with multiple partners while traveling as needed to

Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of investment product offerings (advisory, annuities, insurance, and brokerage).
• Independent initiative with responsiveness to field leadership.
• Series 7, Series 66, and Insurance Licensing required.
• 10+ years of sales experience.
• Strong leadership and experience managing dispersed teams.
• Skilled at presenting and communicating priorities.
• Territory management, expense control, and deadlines.
• Willing to travel overnight at least once per month.
• Collaborates with partners for cohesive messaging.
• Wholesaling leadership experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Investment Product Specialist team to become subject matter experts.
• Present on investment themes, platforms, products, and strategies.
• Communicate the firm's views and recommendations clearly.
• Cover a territory of 2–3 regions remotely and in person for ~300–400 advisors.
• Be primary contact with third-party asset managers.
• Oversee the IPS training program curriculum and delivery standards.
• Drive content for nationwide workshops and advisor development sessions.
• Represent field leadership in investment priorities to central teams.
• Coordinate with JPMorgan Asset Management and other partners.
