Washington University in St. Louis is seeking an Executive Director of Individual Giving for Medical Advancement. This role leads a team, builds a comprehensive donor strategy, and drives sustainable revenue growth for annual and leadership gifts.

The position reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Medical Advancement and focuses on growing the donor pipeline, engagement, and philanthropic support across WashU Medicine.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a matrixed academic medical center setting preferred.
