Horizons at New Canaan Country School (Horizons) in New Canaan, CT seeks an Executive Director to lead the flagship Horizons program and partner with the Board to set its strategic vision. The role will build and lead a high-performing team of five and a summer staff of over 100, while engaging with students, families, teachers, alumni, donors, and partners.

The Executive Director will advance the mission of transforming underserved children and youth through year-round academic and enrichment

Responsibilities

• Lead the Horizons program and partner with the NCCS Head of School and Horizons Board Chair to set the strategic vision.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of five and a summer staff of over 100.
• Engage with a wide array of stakeholders including students, families, teachers, board members, alumni, donors, and national/local partners.
