Reporting to the CIO, this role links VNHS services with clients and partners, focusing on quality care, community engagement, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, data-driven, and experienced in Home Health service delivery, capable of guiding strategic plans, KPI implementation, and production

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing/ Social Work/ Psychology with GA license preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Science with GA license preferred.
5–10 years of leadership in Home Healthcare.
5–10 years of budget development and productivity design.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for Home Health operations and finances.
Ensure compliance with governing bodies and payers to high standards.
Lead clinical staff, set productivity goals, and oversee development.
Develop budgets and drive revenue growth for community services.
Engage with payors, regulators, and community partners to align goals.
