Job summary

Endless Frontiers is seeking an Executive Director to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, operationalize the organization, and drive growth across retreats and the Demand Signal series.

Reporting to the Board, the ED will oversee all operational aspects, including finances, risk, governance, and regulatory compliance, while representing EF to diverse audiences nationwide.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in roles such as fundraising/advancement leader, organizational founder, executive director, or similar responsibility.
• Experience developing fundraising programs spanning individual giving, institutional support, sponsorships, and events.
• Ability to collaborate with a board and manage governance, compliance, and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy and oversee operations.
• Grow the annual retreat, build the Demand Signal convening series, and guide innovation.
• Lead development programs and manage finances, risk, and legal compliance.
• Represent the organization to government agencies, universities, funders, and private sector leaders.
