Deciphera is seeking an Executive Director, Global Supply Chain to lead our global clinical and commercial supply chain organization.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring reliable product supply across our portfolio, guiding critical supply decisions, leading a high-performing team, and partnering closely with stakeholders across Deciphera and ONO.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive supply chain experience within biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations from clinical development through commercialization.
• Proven success managing outsourced manufacturing and global supply networks, including CMO/CDMO partnerships.
• Executive presence and the ability to partner with senior leadership and global colleagues.
• Experience supporting multiple global product launches.

ROMVIMZA® (vimseltinib) is a kinase inhibitor approved in the United States for adult patients with symptomatic tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT) for which surgical resection will potentially cause worsening functional limitation or severe morbidity, and in the European Union for adult patients with TGCT associated with clinically relevant physical function deterioration and in whom surgical options have been exhausted or would induce unacceptable morbidity or disability.

Job Description

Deciphera is seeking an Executive Director, Global Supply Chain to lead our global clinical and commercial supply chain organization.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring reliable product supply across our portfolio, guiding critical supply decisions, leading a high-performing team, and partnering closely with stakeholders across Deciphera and ONO.

This role is ideal for a seasoned biotech supply chain leader with deep clinical supply expertise, commercial launch experience, and the ability to step into a highly visible leadership role with immediate impact.

What You'll Do

Lead Deciphera's global clinical and commercial supply chain strategy and execution across the product lifecycle.

Ensure uninterrupted supply across clinical studies, commercial operations, and future product launches.

Member of the leadership team, this includes budgeting, forecasting and S&OP

Partner with Technical Operations, Clinical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, and ONO colleagues to drive critical supply decisions and manage risk.

Lead and develop a high-performing global supply chain organization.

Oversee key external manufacturing, packaging, logistics, and distribution partners.

Guide inventory, capacity, demand planning, and supply continuity strategies in support of business objectives.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Deep clinical supply chain leadership experience supporting global Phase I-III programs.

Commercial supply experience, including at least one successful product launch and support of marketed products.

Executive leadership experience with the ability to lead leaders, influence decisions, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and drive results through others rather than direct execution.

Experience leading end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations from clinical development through commercialization.

Proven success managing outsourced manufacturing and global supply networks, including CMO/CDMO partnerships.

Executive presence and the ability to effectively partner with senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and global colleagues.

15+ years of progressive supply chain experience within biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.

Ability to step into a highly visible leadership role with minimal ramp-up time and quickly become a trusted business partner.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting multiple global product launches.

Experience within a highly outsourced biotechnology operating model.

Experience partnering with international stakeholders and global leadership teams.

Advanced degree and/or APICS certification.

Additional Information

Location: This is a Hybrid position located in Waltham MA

Deciphera is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for this role is $243,900 - $335,300. Actual compensation packages will depend on various factors, including but not limited to depth of experience, education, skillset, overall performance, and location.
