Within Human Health, our Global Oncology organization is currently recruiting for an Executive Director, Global Oncology – Lung Cancer, reporting to the Associate Vice President, Lung/ GI/ KRAS. This role is for a strategic leader with an enterprise mindset who is a self-starter, enjoys solving complex and strategic issues/topics, can effectively engage senior internal stakeholders, and thrives on leading and influencing broadly across the organization to drive positive, tangible outcomes across the Lung cancer portfolio. Additionally, the leader will help build and develop a high performing team who will cultivate a winning attitude and resilience operating in a challenging therapeutic area.

The salary range for this role is $255,800.00 - $402,700.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.
