Job summary

Neurogene Inc. is looking for an established leader to join the Analytical Development team in Houston, Texas. The candidate will support late-stage AAV gene therapy programs and oversee key analytical strategies in a fast-paced environment.

With a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, the role requires strong knowledge of global cGMP regulations and expertise in analytical method development. This is an onsite role focused on ensuring quality and compliance in the biotech field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in management.
• Experience in biotechnology or gene therapy development.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory expectations for biologics.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical development leadership for late-stage gene therapy programs.
• Establish analytical control strategies and method management.
• Serve as the primary analytical development partner for Regulatory Affairs.
