Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Minnesota is seeking an Executive Director (Float) to provide managerial and operations support to Ebenezer Assisted Living communities. The Float may work alongside or in place of a site Executive Director.

This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to adapt across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality resident care and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. or Senior Housing, Business or related field required.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Licensed Assisted Living Director by BELTSS Board or Licensed Health Services Exec by BELTSS Board.
• Preferred 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and operations support to Ebenezer Assisted Living communities.
• The Float Executive Director may work alongside or in place of a site Executive Director.
