UMass Chan Medical School's ForHealth Consulting/HCFS seeks an Executive Director for Federal Claiming to lead revenue operations, contracting, and strategic growth across federal, state, and private payer programs.

You will manage over 100 employees, align service lines with university goals, and drive program development, quality, compliance, and client relations to maximize margins and ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree in business, health services, or health administration.
• 10+ years of progressively senior managerial and executive experience in healthcare finance, medical billing, or federal claiming.
• Proven ability to develop strategic and financial plans within a complex environment.
• Strong business development, contract management, and public-sector experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with healthcare professionals.

Responsabilités

• Lead and expand multiple Federal Claiming product lines and services.
• Oversees high-volume contracts and ensures resource adequacy.
• Guide strategic direction, program development, and performance excellence.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, data security and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Foster client relationships and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and support units to meet targets.
• Mentor and develop staff; promote workforce engagement.
