Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (preferred).
• RN license in New Mexico required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive clinical management/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all Emergency Department operations.
• Develop staffing plans based on census and acuity.
• Manage annual operating, personnel, and capital budgets.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor KPI metrics.
• Collaborate with the CNO and CFO on major expenditures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.
