• Provide strategic and organizational leadership for Breakthrough Denver within Kent Denver School.
• Translate strategy into annual goals, budgets, performance measures, and accountability across the team.
• Oversee staff development, student safety, and program quality for summer and year-round programming.
• Lead fundraising and external relations to secure durable philanthropic support.
• Build partnerships with Kent Denver School, community organizations, colleges, and donors.
• Ensure financial stewardship and compliance across operational activities.
